1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CalcSim AI app or the calcsim.com.br portal ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

CalcSim AI is an educational platform for mathematics and exact sciences that offers:

• Scientific and financial calculator
• Mathematical expression solving via photo (OCR)
• Step-by-step explanations with Artificial Intelligence
• Free educational article library
• AI Professor — natural language math assistant

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Reproducing, distributing, or selling Service content without authorization
• Using the Service for illegal purposes or to harm third parties
• Attempting to access restricted areas or internal systems
• Automating requests abusively (scraping, bots)

4. Account and Authentication

Some features require login with a Google account. You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities performed with it. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use.

5. Premium Subscription

CalcSim Premium is a monthly subscription purchased via the Google Play Store. Billing is managed entirely by Google. Cancellation can be done at any time through the app or the store. We do not issue refunds outside of Google Play policies.

6. Artificial Intelligence

AI-generated responses are provided for educational purposes and may contain inaccuracies. Do not use AI responses as the sole source for important financial, academic, or professional decisions. Always verify information with official sources.

7. Intellectual Property

All Service content — texts, articles, code, design, and the CalcSim AI brand — is owned by Renato Freitas or licensed from third parties. Use of the Service does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is", without guarantees of continuous availability or freedom from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or portal. Continued use of the Service after changes are published implies acceptance of the new terms.
